A Letter of Thanksgiving…

Now and always we are ever aware and grateful for the blessing of all of our well-wishers, supporters, and volunteers. In these crazy times of an ever-changing world, we never cease to be amazed at the simple purity and overwhelming generosity of spirit that has been shown to us and the animals here at the farm. The animals are happy, healthy, loved and safe. The people and children in search of solace and healing have been blessed with love and hope…the kind that only the non-verbal gifts of the horses and the other animals here at H.A.L.O. can provide.

Gratitude can be defined as… “an affirmation that there are good things in this world…for the gifts and benefits we’ve received”… “recognition for sources of goodness that exist outside of ourselves”…”a heartfelt and profound thankfulness”…
Generosity can be defined as… “abundant selflessness”… “that, which is free from meanness or smallness of mind or character”… “benevolent, big-hearted, and charitable”…
